1. Data Collection and Facebook Integration
Our platform integrates with Facebook via the Facebook Login feature to provide enhanced marketing and ad account management capabilities. This integration involves the following:

- Token Storage: The token generated during Facebook login is stored securely in an encrypted format.
- Data Fetched from Facebook AdsManager (Insights API):
- Ad Account Details:
- Ad Account ID, Ad Account Name, Total Balance, Total Amount Spent, Spending Limit, Currency, Timezone, Payment Type (Prepaid/Postpaid), and Creation Time.
- Campaign Data:
- Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Daily Budget, Daily Amount Spent, Performance Metrics (e.g., Purchases, Clicks, Impressions, Reach, Add to Cart), Conversion Values, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.
2. Purpose of Data Usage
The data collected via Facebook is used for the following purposes:
- Client Reporting: Weekly reports are generated and shared with clients to provide updates on ad spend, campaign performance, and results.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Our team analyzes the data to identify high-performing campaigns, optimize results, and recommend improvements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Service Optimization: Insights are used to make strategic adjustments to client campaigns to ensure cost-effective marketing outcomes.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All fetched data is stored securely in our server’s database, which is protected with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
- Data is updated daily or when manually synced by a TMS member.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Client data is retained only as long as the client maintains active marketing services with us.
- Upon client deboarding, all associated ad account data is permanently deleted from our systems as part of the formal deboarding process. This ensures client data is not retained or used after the conclusion of services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share client data with unauthorized third parties. Data is only accessed by authorized personnel for the purposes outlined in this policy.
6. User Rights
Clients have the right to:
- Access the data we collect and use on their behalf.
- Request corrections to their data.
- Opt out of Facebook integration or marketing services.
- Request deletion of their data, subject to the completion of formal deboarding.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies on our platform to enhance user experience and track service usage. These do not include data fetched from Facebook.
8. Compliance
We comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other local data protection laws.
